DEERFIELD LANE, CT

A modern approach to a colonial home which relates harmoniously with the neighborhood in Greenwich, Connecticut. A speculative project for a local developer group on a small infill site. Emphasis was placed on a central natural lighted hallway that extends the length of the house and a modern twist was incorporated on a traditional trim profiles, corbeling, and gabled covered windows.
