Concept for redeveloped of expanded multi-use town park. Park venue will consist of outdoor stage with open seating area, water features, and open plaza field. Park surrounded by boutique hotel, expanded retail/office complex, residential tower and sculpture gardens.
Elevation Study
Concept sketch of Rocky Mountain condominium lodge designed in high country, rustic aesthetic.Condominium estimated at 100,000 square feet with two levels of below grade parking. The building terraces with the natural slope of the site. The massing consists of stone base, wood siding and timber accents. Large glass areas have unobstructed views to the ski slopes with extensive outside decks for more gathering areas.
Holly’s House
New residential house named after youngest daughter, Holly, on Holly Street in Greenwood Village. This home is designed with classic, American shingle-style in mind. Majority of rooms oriented to the west with long-range views of the Rockies and stables below. Master retreat and study privatized away from open floor plan and active gathering areas filled with kids and dogs.
