Multi Use Town Park

Concept for redeveloped of expanded multi-use town park. Park venue will consist of outdoor stage with open seating area, water features, and open plaza field. Park surrounded by boutique hotel, expanded retail/office complex, residential tower and sculpture gardens.

Home on an uphill facing lot. Rather than approach the home from below, designed a drive which unloads at upper section of lot allowing the home to experience a middle main level with a walk out space below. Extensive decks off to the South facing the path of the sun and the views to the ski area. Extensive mix of rich materials are used in un-conventional but clever way.
