Rather than approach the home from below, designed a drive which unloads at upper section of lot allowing the home to experience a middle main level with a walk out space below. Extensive decks off to the South facing the path of the sun and the views to the ski area. Extensive mix of rich materials are used in un-conventional but clever way. Construction is anticipated for spring of 2008.

Elk Springs Ranch, Colorado

A spec/market home in Cordillera, Colorado designed with the market in mind, but also paying attention to floor plan concerns and home amenities. The exterior wood and timber will have antiqued staining.

Wildridge

Design of this residence paid attention to split face block and color match with the existing site stone and surrounding outcroppings. This contemporary residence is constructed of concrete, stucco and steel. The home will endure the harsh climate of the Colorado high country.

The residence is designed in Colorado Ranch style, using 100 year old recleaimed barnwood siding. Drystack farmers rock provides a permanent and stable base to the ranch home, while a soaring roofline accented with finely detailed dormers reduces the home's overall mass.

This residence exemplifies a stone clad and slate roof mountain retreat. Gable dormers adorn the slate tiled roof, allowing ample clearstory light into the interior. The overall design of the residence is organized around a centralized galley space.

As one tours the roads of Beaver Creek, Colorado, the "statement" a residence expresses to visitors is most often judged by street presence. This home, with its welcoming central turret, rambling stone and exceptional street placement; presents unique old-world charm and craftsmanship.

The ‘Iron Hawk’ project began with the challenge of a relatively compact site. Situated to capture views of the slopes at Beaver Creek as well as the golf course to the west, this home truly makes the most of its mountain surroundings.

This is a 5500 sq.ft home designed in the International Modern style. Advanced building materials and state of the art technology were incorporated in the interior. A central elevator with clear glazed walls services all levels and bedroom suites. The owners live out-of-state and wanted a low maintenance and cutting-edge design.

This home was designed for a client with a passion for both the Colorado outdoor experience and large family gatherings in an informal Rocky Mountain, kick-back interior. Emphasis was placed on the lower level recreational room with ample space for a full size bar, media area, access to outside patios and an extensive wine cave retreat.
