Small retail/office and residential lofts which required keeping the existing building foot print intact. The corner A-symmetrical glass wall would allow additional transparent space to the lofts while acting as a beacon at night.

Fiddlers Park

Mix use tower of approx. 130,000 sq. ft. First and second floor levels of retail and restaurants, six floors of class A office and top two levels residential. Residential units have private secured lobby and lush garden terraces. Base is comprised of local cut dressed sandstone. The office section mainly precast brick panels, while the residential section is scored stucco/precast concrete. The tower will sit in a park like setting and will have expansive views of the Rockies.
